We ask for the details we need to find your purchase and help with your invoice.

What this website collects

When you submit an invoice request, we save your name, email address, selected business and purchase channel, and any order number, purchase date, amount, original email, postcode or notes you provide. We also save the submission time, request reference and processing status. A protected hash of your network address is used to limit repeated submissions; the application does not save your raw network address in the request record.

How your information is used

The Delivery Group Pty Ltd uses your request to locate and verify your purchase, arrange a copy of your invoice, and contact you about the request. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Please provide only relevant purchase details and do not enter passwords, payment card details or identity documents.

Where requests are kept

Requests are stored in our website’s database and can be viewed through an authorised staff account. The website and its infrastructure providers process this data to operate the service. Submitted requests are not publicly displayed. Staff retain requests while needed to handle the enquiry and related business records.

Other websites

Our business links open separate online stores. Each store has its own privacy information and policies. This website does not process purchases or payments.

Use the contact form on the website of the business you purchased from to request a correction or ask about your information. Include your invoice request reference where available.
