Where can I find my order number?

Look in your order confirmation email, or open the order in your eBay, Amazon, Woolworths Marketplace or other marketplace account. You can use the marketplace order number.

What if I don’t have an order number?

Leave that field blank and describe the items you purchased. A purchase date, approximate amount and delivery postcode can help us find the right order.

Can the invoice be emailed to a different address?

Enter the address where you’d like to receive it, and add the original purchase email if different. We may need to verify your details before sharing an invoice.
